The person owns the package

Workers and providers do not rewrite preferences, consent or meaning without the person’s involvement and approval.

A saved draft stays in this browser. Printing, exporting or sharing must follow the person’s permissions and the app’s access controls.

Training is not automatic authority

This package supports induction. It does not replace qualifications, screening, delegation, approved plans, supervision or emergency procedures.
