Smiling Monad School
In-depth learner and assessment packages for medication assistance, manual tasks, behaviour support, complex health, enteral feeding, seizure response and diabetes support. Each course now contains auditable learning hours, authoritative media, source-linked questions, deeper analysis, applied scenarios, practical assessment controls and an external certifier review pathway.
Every nominal hour is now divided into structured teaching, authoritative media study, guided analysis, changed-condition scenarios, app practice, assessment, feedback and evidence. Passive page time is not counted.
Every module assigns authoritative Australian video or eLearning, requires timestamped or transcript-linked annotations and includes source-specific questions with explicit marking benchmarks.
The course pages now expose academic depth, question banks, critical safety items, practical limits and evidence rules. A separate undergraduate certifier review pack provides sampling, validation and sign-off controls.
Independent review package
The review pack explains how hours are evidenced, how media is approved and versioned, how questions are sampled, how critical failures are treated, how academic depth is judged and how a reviewer records findings, conditions and a release recommendation.
Kimi compares the participant's requirements with verified worker evidence, explains the gap, opens the correct learning or official pathway and helps collect evidence. Kimi cannot make the final competency, clinical or RTO decision.
1. Read the participant's worker requirements and compare them with current evidence, expiry and participant-specific sign-off.
2. Distinguish legal or RTO requirements, provider rules, participant conditions and recommendations.
3. Open the complete Smiling Monad course, assigned authoritative media, official qualification page, RTO pathway or qualified clinical-training request.
4. Collect source use, knowledge, applied reasoning, practical, participant-specific and human-review evidence before marking the worker ready.
