Provider workforce training
The core lessons now require workplace practice, supervisor discussion, evidence opportunities, accessibility controls, transfer questions and an explicit Smiling Monad philosophy anchor before they can enter the published catalogue.
Review provider packageAI learning facilitation
The Smiling Monad AI Teacher can explain, adapt, question, role-play and provide feedback from the controlled lesson and pedagogy record. It cannot reveal final assessment answers, make competency decisions or replace workplace escalation.

All 51 CHCLEG001 requirements are mapped to learning, assessment and evidence rules. CHCCCS038 and CHCDIS020 are supporting alignment only.
Seven instruments cover knowledge, three legal or ethical situations, app practice, two improvement proposals, direct observation and professional conversation.
The register records training-and-assessment credentials, vocational competence, industry currency, VET currency, identity, conflicts and review dates.
Requests and approved plans preserve competency requirements while supporting accessible participation.
The review captures goals, prior learning, work context, digital access, LLN, disability access, wellbeing, safety and referrals.
Protected cases support complaints, assessment appeals and reassessment with independent review, events and outcome reasons.
The consultation register and action tracker are live. Internal practitioner input is recorded; real participant, employer, provider, assessor and RTO input must be entered by those stakeholders.
Pre-use and post-use validation, sampling and corrective-action records are live. Independent credentialled validators must still perform and sign the validation.
A private Supabase bucket and related records store file metadata, hashes, authenticity checks, observations and locked decisions.
The authority register and legal gate are active. No RTO authority has been invented; recognised delivery and certification remain blocked until a genuine on-scope RTO arrangement is verified.

The registers and review pack are ready, but named stakeholder consultation, assessor credentials, independent validation and an RTO agreement only become complete when genuine people and organisations provide, verify and sign their evidence.
The database rejects nationally recognised competency decisions unless the selected unit is verified on an active RTO scope and the assessor has current verified credentials for that unit.
