The Smiling Monad

Privacy

Read how the founding-user pilot handles personal information before creating an account. The public register below shows the active notices and reviewed services used to operate the app.

The privacy approach

  • • The person remains at the centre of their Circle of Support.
  • • Private information should be shared only with people who need it for an authorised purpose.
  • • Consequential actions and external sharing should remain visible and under human control.
  • • People can use the privacy pathway to ask about access, correction, restriction, export or deletion where available.
Pilot approval is limited. “Pilot approved” and “approved with conditions” mean a control is accepted for this supervised closed pilot. They do not represent independent legal certification or final public-launch approval.
