The Smiling Monad School and Training Centre
The School Curriculum and Certificate III are presented together as the two main education pathways. The six-unit package remains available as the Smiling Monad foundation programme.
Main education pathways
These options sit at the same level in the Training Centre menu. Schools can open the curriculum directly, while vocational learners and evaluators can open the Certificate III pathway directly.
School pathway
A complete Stage 4–6 curriculum with 12 units, 120 sequenced lessons, faculty integration, outcomes, indicators, assessment and a dedicated support-unit care-team pathway.
Vocational pathway
The complete internal development package for Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing and Disability), including 15 units, 90 learning modules, game practice, mapping and assessment controls.
Foundation training
Foundation pathway
The core Smiling Monad induction: the Smiling Monad way, whole-person support, communication beyond speech, behaviour as communication, safe Circles of Support and reflective practice.
Recognition boundary: Foundation completion records learning progress. It does not establish workplace competence or replace screening, supervision, participant-specific induction or qualifications.

Controlled learning, practice and remote-evidence preparation for partner-RTO evaluation.
Open first aidInspect the exact versioned teaching content, formative checks and source register supplied to Kimi.
Inspect contentPrepare task-specific video evidence and an assessor manifest where an RTO has approved remote assessment.
Prepare evidenceUse explanation, questioning, fictional role-play, revision and accessible support across approved learning.
Open AI TeacherFind regulator, specialist and third-party training when The Smiling Monad is not authorised to deliver it.
